Potential funding is available to unemployed residents in Southport to update their skills and improve their job prospects.

Eligible residents can access funding towards:-

•	Return to work costs - Tools, equipment, work-wear & travel
•	Training - Short intensive employment related courses

The Routeway Programme

The Routeway is funded by the Learning & Skills Council and is aimed at helping unemployed Sefton Residents to improve their skills and work experience to get back into work. The programme is coordinated by Sefton@Work. For more information click here.
