Working in partnership with the Opportunities Shop we can offer a complete and comprehensive recruitment service.

The aim of the service is to work closely with employers to recruit "job ready" local unemployed residents for their current vacancies.

To support employers new to Southport to access the local labour market by assisting with the organisation of recruitment events.

To assist employers to up skill their existing and new staff through accessing government funded training initiatives.

To maximise the retention of new employees during the initial probationary period by offering post employment support if required.

Matching suitable applicants from our client database
Distribution of vacancies of partner agencies, if desired
