The Fawcett Society supports women who live or work in Sefton.

The group have met once a month since October 06 and it is affiliated to the national Fawcett Society. The Society has planned a series of activities and event in partnership with other organisations and groups to promote womens issues including the celebration of  International Womens Day in March this year. One outcome from the celebration was the identification and development of isues which was formed into an action plan for the group for the forthcoming year.
