TRANSFORM is a network representing Voluntary & Community Sector (VCS) groups with a particular interest in environmental issues, and has strong links to key statutory bodies working within the environmental and liveability areas.  The network exists to enable the VCS to actively influence key environmental-related initiatives and strategies and to support opportunities to secure resources for VCS groups to run environmental projects.
